Adine Latimore is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s SANE Program.  During the past 18 years, she has worked as the Pediatric SANE as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Suffolk County (CAC). Adine has over 40 years of nursing experience with 30 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory care and primary care settings.

She is frequently called to provide testimony as both a fact and expert witness in child sexual abuse cases.  Adine has recently co-authored a textbook chapter on “Child Maltreatment” in A Practical Guide to Forensic Nursing: Incorporating Forensic Principles Into Nursing Practice by Angela Amar and Kathleen Sekula.

She received her BS in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire, her MS in Maternal and Child Nursing from Boston College, and her DNP from the Massachusetts General hospital Institute of Health Professions.
