Beth Bouchard is the Chief Program Officer of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Suffolk County. She first joined the CAC as a Coordinator of the Support to End Exploitation Now (SEEN) Program, later served as the SEEN Program Manager and Associate Director and, most recently, as Chief Program Officer. In her SEEN roles, Beth coordinated a collaborative, interagency response for over 800 at-risk and commercially sexually exploited youth.  As Chief Program Officer, Beth oversees the development, implementation, and daily oversight of the CAC’s Multidisciplinary programming and operations. She also supports CAC training and outreach, data collection and program evaluation, and leads efforts to cultivate organizational and employee wellness and professional development programming.

Beth’s professional background includes advocacy, case management, and providing victims services to adult and child survivors of sexual assault, domestic abuse, and human trafficking, as well as undocumented and refugee populations. She received her BA at Boston College where she studied History and International Relations. Beth received her MPH at the Boston University School of Public Health with a certificate in Program Management.
