Gladys is part of the Multidisciplinary Team and coordinates multidisciplinary investigations, forensic interviews, and CAC services for children and youth who have experienced abuse and violence. Gladys also conducts important child safety reviews aimed at identifying system gaps and opportunities to improve child protection and prevention efforts.

Gladys holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Salem State University. She is a passionate advocate who has many years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. She is also trained in evidenced-based practices that focus on childhood trauma.

In her free time, Gladys enjoys spending time with her loved ones.
