As the Chief of Development and External Affairs, Kim leads the CAC’s fundraising and communications initiatives and connects the community with the CAC and its mission.

Kim has 20 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, community outreach, and communications strategy. Prior to joining the CAC, she served on the development team at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC) for nearly a decade. While there, she contributed to the significant growth of BARCC’s signature fundraising events and built strong partnerships with corporations, local businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community members. She has also worked at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, live music, traveling, playing softball, and fishing.
