In her role as Case Management & Client Services Manager she provides leadership to the client services team and supervises the CAC's clinical case managers and the Family Resource Specialist ensuring comprehensive case management, family resource coordination, and support to children and non‐offending caregivers.

Olivia earned her Master's in Social Work through Baylor University with a focus on trauma-informed practice. Prior to joining the CAC, Olivia graduated with a BA in Communication from Wheaton College (IL) and worked for two years at safehouse programs for survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. She is eager to learn from the child protection experience and expertise of the entire CAC team and MDT partners. Olivia spends her free time enjoying photography, attending trivia nights, and going deep sea fishing.
