As the Training Program Manager at the Children's Advocacy Center of Suffolk County, Erica leads the Outreach and Training Program in educating professionals and community members to prevent, recognize, and respond to child abuse. Erica is passionate about empowering others with skills to promote child safety. 

Prior to joining the CAC, Erica worked with the Boys & Girls Club of Woburn as the Education Director and focused on developing and implementing high-yield programming in STEM, the arts, citizenship, and social-emotional learning for youth of all ages.

Erica earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Wheelock College while completing an internship with the Department of Children and Families. She earned her Master's in Social Work from Salem State University while interning with Big Sister Association in the Site-Based Mentoring program, facilitating social-emotional groups for girls and their mentors. She became a Licensed Certified Social Worker in 2020.

In her free time, Erica enjoys making art and spending time with her chihuahua.
