Caroline Beecher is a Northeastern University Co-op student serving as the Program Assistant for the Support to End Exploitation Now (SEEN) Program.  Within this role she assists with data collection and the child trafficking database, and provides programmatic assistance to the SEEN team.

Caroline is currently a second year Northeastern University student with a combined major studying Criminal Justice and Psychology, and a minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.  Preceding her work at the CAC, Caroline  worked on data collection projects at the New Canaan Library in New Canaan, Connecticut with their community outreach programs.  She also has experience working with children as a Senior Counselor and instructor at Camp Jeanne d’Arc, an all-girls camp striving to build  strong, young women.  She has an enthusiasm for working with youth towards growth and empowerment, and a passion for learning about the dynamics of gender and sexuality in the criminal justice field.  She looks forward to combining these interests in her work at SEEN.

When she’s outside of the CAC office, Caroline enjoys playing squash, reading, hiking, knitting, learning to play the drums, and spending lots of time with her family, friends, and pets.
