Luann joins the CAC team as Community  Outreach Coordinator. She is driven by passion and a strong commitment to families and communities with the goal of building great connections. As part of the CAC's Training & Outreach Program, Luann conducts outreach with youth-serving organizations, schools and community-based programs and assists with CAC trainings and workshops. Her extensive experience in education over the past ten years as a Community Liaison with bilingual ability (Vietnamese/English) has given her a deeper understanding of what children, families, systems and communities need to be healthy and successful.
