As the Development Coordinator at the CAC, Nicole is responsible for supporting the fundraising program, grant management, and events.  Prior to becoming the Development Coordinator, Nicole worked for several years as a Victim-Witness Advocate at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Nicole specifically worked as an advocate within the Boston Municipal Court Central Division, the Major Felony Bureau, and the Human Trafficking and Exploitation Unit. As an advocate, she provided crisis intervention, emotional support to survivors, designed safety plans and gained experience working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). Nicole coordinated and assembled 100+ emergency exit bags for survivors of human trafficking while in the Human Trafficking and Exploitation Unit and helped fundraise for partners of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Nicole received a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from UMass Boston. She is dedicated to serving the children of Suffolk County and committed to supporting the CAC’s work, mission, and values. In her free time, Nicole enjoys painting, reading, road trips, and cooking.
