Samantha is a Mental Health Clinician at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Suffolk County (CAC). She provides mental health services and clinical support for children and families who have experienced trauma. She also provides consultation to multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) that are coordinated at the CAC. Sam is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from the Boston University School of Medicine. 

Prior to working at the CAC, Sam worked for Community Healthlink’s Victim Services Program, where she provided therapy services and crisis stabilization to people of all ages who have experienced significant trauma. She also worked as a group therapy leader at Arbour Hospital’s Adult Partial Hospitalization Program, where facilitated group therapy sessions focused on stabilization, symptom management, and psychoeducation. 

In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets, staying active, and crafting.
