Our Board of Trustees
Members of the Board of Trustees provide invaluable support as leaders and ambassadors of the Children's Advocacy Center of Suffolk county's mission.

Elisabeth Schadae Percelay, Chair
Elisabeth Schadae Percelay was elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2016. Elisabeth is a Managing Director, Financial Services Office - International Tax Services at Ernst & Young. Previously she was an arbitrator at FINRA (financial industry regulatory authority) and also taught at Boston University's Questrom School of Business. She serves on several boards including the First Dutch School in Boston and the Nantucket Cottage Hospital. Elisabeth and her husband, Bruce, reside in Boston.

Jay Bisognano, Vice-Chair
Jay Bisognano was elected to the Board of Trustees in March 2014. He is the founder and principal of Torrington Properties Inc, a real estate investment and development firm in Boston. The firm has grown to include a diverse portfolio of apartments, hotels and commercial properties. Jay has been active in charitable work and lives in Newton with his wife, son and daughter.

Meredith Weenick, Treasurer
Meredith Weenick was elected to the Board of Trustees in July 2014. Meredith is the executive vice president of Harvard University. Prior to this role, Meredith was the vice president for campus services at Harvard and also served as a policy advisor to former Mayor Thomas M. Menino and as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Boston. In earlier years, she served as the director of operations at City Year Boston and the deputy director of the Massachusetts Service Alliance, where she was responsible for the daily operations of the Massachusetts Governor’s Commission on National and Community Service.

Kimberly Henry Quagliaroli, Secretary
Kimberly Henry Quagliaroli was elected to the Board of Trustees in October 2015. Kim was a consultant to the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center and also served as Director of the Interagency Human Trafficking Policy Task Force at the MA Attorney General's Office and a Marketing Manager at Fidelity Investments. Kim is a resident of Boston's South End.

Daniel Cence
Dan Cence was elected to the Board of Trustees in September 2009. He is Chief Executive Officer at Issues Management Group. A veteran political and communications strategist, Dan has more than 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in communications, politics and government affairs. Dan's previous experience includes founding Cence Cinotti Strategies, and serving as Government & Community Affairs Director for District Attorney Daniel F. Conley.

Danielle Drummond
Danielle Drummond joined the CAC board in June 2022. As the Vice President of Social Equity at Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH), Danielle focuses on promoting the hiring, retention, and professional development of Black, Lantinx, and Asian individuals, as well as women, veterans, people with disabilities and of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Danielle has more than 15 years of experience in combatting racial bias and helping establish culturally responsive practices in the fields of education, criminal justice, and community development. She has served as Deputy Chief of Community Engagement at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, as the Manager of Community Engagement at Mass Mentoring Partnership, a Sr. Planner for Special Initiatives for the City of Boston, and the Violence Intervention and Prevention Coalition Leader at Bowdoin Street Health Center.

Michael Fish
Michael Fish was elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2018. He is the President & CEO of Delbrook | JKS, a construction management leader in Boston and Greater New England. In this role, he defines the company’s mission, provides strategic direction and leadership. A 2010 Boston Business Journal “Forty Under Forty” top business leader in Boston, Mike is also a member of the board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Boston and a member of the YPO Organization. a global community of top leaders committed to the shared mission of becoming better leaders through learning and idea exchanges.

Peter Flaherty
Peter Flaherty was elected to the Board of Trustees in September 2009. Peter is a Political Advisor who served as Governor Mitt Romney’s Deputy Chief of Staff and Romney’s Presidential Campaign. Peter is a former Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County and also served as Vice President of Walden Media

Jack Harrington
Jack Harrington was elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2012. Currently a partner at New Boston Strategies, Jack was the Founding Co-Principal of Atlantic Associates with more than 25 years’ experience in the recruiting and information technology fields. Jack has been active in local and state politics for over 20 years as an advocate and volunteer for a wide range of charitable and civic projects.

Daniel Mulhern
Dan Mulhern was elected to the Board of Trustees in September 2022. He is a partner in Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP's Public Policy group; his practice at Nutter focuses on advising public and privately-held companies on government relations, constituency building, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Nutter, Dan served as the First Assistant District Attorney In Suffolk County and as a Senior Advisor and Director of the City of Boston’s Office of Public Safety to then Mayor Martin J. Walsh. Dan has been recognized locally and nationally for his work leading interdisciplinary, collaborative, and public-health-focused approaches to public safety and criminal justice reform.

Chanda Smart
Chanda Smart was elected to the Board of Trustees in July 2022. Chanda is CEO of The OnxyGroup, a black woman owned & operated brokerage & development LLC, based out of Roxbury, MA. A resident of Roxbury, Chanda grew up in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and the United States and has deep roots in the Suffolk County community. She currently serves on Mayor Michelle Wu’s Committee for Rent Stabilization, Development and Community Engagement.

Amanda Teo
Amanda Teo was elected to the Board of Trustees in February 2022. A prosecutor for more than 10 years, Amanda served most recently as the Chief of Staff and member of the leadership team at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. She is a member of the Board of Overseers for the Harvard Law Review and hearing examiner for the Board of Bar Overseers. Amanda is a native speaker of Cantonese Chinese, and is certified as a diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner by LeadBoston and the National SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) Project.

Gary Graham, Trustee Emeritus
Gary Graham was elected to the Board of Trustees in 1996, served as its President from 2009-2012 and was elected as a Trustee Emeritus in January 2013. Gary is an Associate Professor of Architecture, Roger Williams University and Founding Principal at Graham/Meus Architects. Gary is an acknowledged leader in the New England Architectural Community as a well-recognized architect, educator and facilitator.
